Ok

J'ai acheté ce produit, j'ai guéri et j'ai commencé une nouvelle vie. Je suis redevenu un homme de 20 ans.

Bonsoir. Je l'ai utilisé pendant 18 jours et ça a fonctionné pour moi.

Bad

I have a sensitive gut and always struggled after meals. Since taking L-Glutamine daily my digestion has calmed down completely. No more cramps or urgency after eating.

Amazing product I don’t have bloating anymore

Mixes easily and has no flavor so I just add it to my protein shake. My digestion has improved over the past few weeks. Good value for the amount you get.

I was dealing with bloating and food sensitivities for a long time. After 3 weeks on L-Glutamine the symptoms have improved significantly. My nutritionist also recommended it.

I use this during intermittent fasting to preserve muscle. Definitely notice less muscle loss and better recovery. The halal certification is important to me.

Been using it for a month alongside the probiotics. My gut health has improved noticeably. Good clean product from a brand I trust.

I use this after every training session. My muscle soreness has reduced and I feel ready to train again much faster. Clean product — no unnecessary additives.
